Financial Reporting Tab > Basic Tab Each option in this section sets the cosmetic defaults of the Financial Reports. Any of these options can be overridden on a report-by-report level basis using the O Record Type. | |

Maximum Column Width for Amounts |
Controls the maximum width for amounts on the Balance Sheet Budget, Income Statements and posted ledger and journal reports. This field should be set to a value so that the largest total will be able to print. |
Print Account Number | This option applies to all the management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trend Report, Budget Report) except Working Trial Balance. The Working Trial Balance will always print the account number |
Adjust Decimal point to left - and - # of decimal places to print |
Determines how you want dollar amounts represented on the report (rounding). For example, if you want the management reports printed in whole dollars, specify 0 (adjust decimal) and 0 (Number of decimal places). To print dollars and cents, specify a 0 (adjust decimal) and a 2 places. To round the amounts to the nearest thousand, specify adjust decimal 3, decimal places 0 |

Location of page number | Prints page numbers on the financial statements in the following formats: Top of page; Bottom of page; or Don't Print |

Designated in Financial Reporting Definitions to represent the Balance Sheet and Income Statement 1 typically denotes a Balance Sheet, while 2 denotes an Income Statement |

Footnote Number | Indicates a footnote that should be printed on the financial statements. Specify 0 to suppress footnotes. See Utilities > Default Forms > Footnote Maintenance for setting up each footnote. |
Force Title lines to all uppercase | Yes or No option. Yes will force all titles in Financial reporting to uppercase. |
Company # for Cove Letter | Five character code that identifies the cover letter to be printed for this company. See Financial Statement Cover Letter (CPA letter) for setup. |
Region Sub-Table | This option is used with the Region field on the Sub-Account Maintenance so that non-lease Sub-Accounts can have an additional filter in Financial Groups. This field defaults to WELLREGION similar to Property Maintenance, but can be changed if desired. |
Enable GEPX | Yes, if you are required to generate a special export of financial information for major funding sources such as GE Capital. See GEPX Export. |
Enable Blackline Extract | Enabling this feature will allow for data for multiple companies to be combined when generating the Default Trial Balance. Two additional fields will be available in Account Maintenance [F11] as a part of the setup for the Blackline Extract. |
Great Plains Extract | This feature is an optional add-on feature that can only be seen if you are authorized for Consolidation and Combination. This option creates a specialized Default Trial Balance that is turned on with this option. |
Monarch Extract | When this export is selected, an additional Report Format will appear on the Default Trial Balance for Monarch Export. In addition, a new field in Account Maintenance will be available. Use the drop-down menu to select Account > Sub-Account on each account. |
