For anyone having issues with being unable to scan, please close out of Citrix and then go to this link which has attached information on installing TSScan. Be sure to use the Client Only version.

PakEnergy Anywhere will require an SMTP setting for emails. The TLS setting will most likely be TLS 1.2. You will have to check the email's admin, whether Gmail, Outlook, or Godaddy, to find the host and port information. Sometimes, you will need to re-enter the user’s password.
Depending on the email exchange you are using, you might need to change the setting to 20 emails sent per minute when emailing revenue statements. Outlook marks the email as spam if more than 20 emails per minute are sent out. You will need to change the number in the red box below to 20.
Email Issues
If you are using Outlook, make sure it is the 32-bit version. The 64-bit version of Outlook is not compatible (we are in the process of making our Software compatible with the 64-bit versions, but it will be later this year/early next year before that is complete).

Also, the client needs to make sure that the port is changed to 587 (instead of 25). User-level security—other settings in the email section. Your IT department might also help you reenter the password and change it to TLS.
