Project Reporting
Automate your Drilling, Completion, and Workover reports. Decide how you want to deliver the report to each owner. You can automatically email the recipients or print them. Set up a notification group for your reporting recipients so you never again have to remember who gets what report! Keep a historical archive that is always available with just a touch of a button. Project Reporting is an add-on to the Revenue/Billing module.

Setup:
- Set up the project number on the Property Maintenance > Project Notes tab. Then, double-click on the project to enter the notes.
- Enter the notes related to the project. Click on the + sign at the bottom of the screen to add a note.
- On the Recipients to Notify tab, enter the owners to send the project report.
- If the owner was selected to receive Project notes in Property maintenance, select the Project Report Destination Type on the Owner Master > Revenue Tab > Reporting sub-tab and enter an email if notes are to be sent via email.
To print the project notes report, go to the Property Maintenance > Project Notes tab, double-click to select the project to print the list, and then select List on the menu bar.
Please note that Project Notes is not the same as Turnkey Projects.
