Lease Substitution Codes
Lease substitution codes allow you to set up a spreadsheet report with lease columns to be selected on demand instead of hardcoding them in the report definitions.
Use ^X, then the number of the column, then either S for the sub-account code or N for the sub-account description.
Example:
^X01S = will show the first selected Sub-Account in the column with the Sub-Account Code.
^X01N = will show the first selected Sub-Account in column 1 with the Sub-Account Description.
^X02S = will show the second selected Sub-Account in the column with the Sub-Account Code.
For the number of Sub-Account columns that are set, that same number of Sub-Accounts will need to be selected on the Sub-Account tab in Financial Reports.
Column Report Definition

Sub-Account selection. I have 3 Sub-Accounts in my report definition, so I will need to select 3 Leases. Remember, the S will print the Sub-Account code; the N will print the Sub-Account description.
